How can I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, visit the Account Settings page and scroll down to the bottom until you see the list of your active memberships. You can click the cancel button to cancel your membership. If you change your mind, you can uncancel your membership at any time from either the Account Settings page, or the Membership page. The Account Settings page can be reached by clicking the gear icon from the bottom bar on ios devices, and from the left-hand side menu on android.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Sure! You can put your membership on hold by clicking the button that says "Freeze Membership" on your Membership page, or from the account settings page. If you require assistance freezing your membership, please send an email to support@everwash.com or call (215) 618-8808.
How do I change or update my credit card?
You can update your credit card information on the Account Settings page by clicking the button labeled "Update Payment Info". The Account Settings page can be reached by clicking the gear icon from the bottom bar on ios devices, and from the left-hand side menu on android.
Where do I enter my promocode?
Right before you submit your payment, on the page with the "Submit Payment" button, scroll down and click the button labeled "Enter Code" to enter your promocode.
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address from the Account Settings page. Visit your Account Settings and scroll down to the section labeled "Profile", then type your new email address into the email field, and then click the "Save Changes" button. The Account Settings page can be reached by clicking the gear icon from the bottom bar on ios devices, and from the left-hand side menu on android.
I did not receive my one-time use code when I pushed the button. What are my options?
Sorry about that! You must have locations services enabled in order to get a one-time use code. You can turn on location services from your device settings, or by visiting the "Locations" page in the EverWash app to view the available wash locations in your area, and clicking the button labeled "Enable Location Services". If you are still unable to get your use code, please give us a call at (215) 618-8808 and our customer support will be able to provide one for you.
My QR code is not visible when I open the App. What are my options?
The first step is to make sure that your internet connection is working properly. If you are still having an issue, please send an email to support@everwash.com or call (215) 618-8808
How do I correctly add another car to this account?
Go to your QR code page in the app and click the button labeled "Add Another Car". You can also add an additional car by going to the "Locations" page to view the list of available wash locations, and selecting the location and wash plan you wish to add to your account.
What does “Unlimited Use” mean?
The EverWash Membership is valid for up to one car wash per day, every day the wash is open for the designated vehicle only.
What effect does editing the car details have on membership? Can I wash two or more cars on one membership?
You can only have a single car per membership. If you would like to update your car information, go to the QR code page and click the button labeled "Edit Car Details". You can use the app to edit your car details once per month, and if for any reason you need to edit this information more than once per month, please send an email to support@everwash.com or call (215) 618-8808 and our customer support will assist you.
What actually happens to the charges when I change my wash plan or car wash location?
When you change wash plans, you only pay for the time you use, and any additional charges are prorated. If you downgrade plans, your account will be credited with the difference of the wash plan prices, and this credit will count towards your next monthly payment. If you upgrade plans, we will only charge you for the difference of the wash plan prices, taking into account the remaining time until your next billing date.

How does the invite a friend feature work?
For every person who purchases a membership using your invite code, you earn $5 credit that will be applied to your next monthly payment. You can find your invite code by visiting the "Invite" page of the app and choosing a share method. The Invite page can be found from the bottom bar on ios and from the left-hand side menu on android. At this time, you cannot use credits on your account to pay for changing wash plans.
Where can I see my next billing date?
You can view the upcoming billing date for your membership from the Account Settings page by scrolling to the bottom until you reach the "Membership" section. The Account Settings page can be reached by clicking the gear icon from the bottom bar on ios devices, and from the left-hand side menu on android
What should I do if I can't successfully login?
If you are having a problem logging in because you are not sure what your password is, open the app and click the "Login" button, and then click the "forgot password" link which appears below the password field. If you forgot what email you used, or are unable to access your account for another reason, please send an email to support@everwash.com or give us a call at (215) 618-8808.
What should I do if I believe I accidentally signed up for a duplicate membership?
Please send an email to support@everwash.com or call (215) 618-8808 and we will issue you a refund right away.
